Chapter 18 | Mokṣha Sanyās Yog | Verse 06

एतान्यपि तु कर्माणि सङ्गं त्यक्त्वा फलानि च
कर्तव्यानीति मे पार्थ निश्चितं मतमुत्तमम् 

etāny api tu karmāṇi saṅgaṁ tyaktvā phalāni cha
kartavyānīti me pārtha niśhchitaṁ matam uttamam

એતાન્યપિ તુ કર્માણિ સઙ્ગં ત્યક્ત્વા ફલાનિ ચ
કર્તવ્યાનીતિ મે પાર્થ નિશ્ચિતં મતમુત્તમમ્ 

MEANING

“O Partha, even these actions (yajña, dāna, and tapas) should certainly be performed, but without attachment and without desire for their fruits. This is My firm and highest conclusion.”

“हे पार्थ! यज्ञ, दान और तप जैसे कर्म भी आसक्ति और फल की इच्छा का त्याग करके करने चाहिए। यही मेरा निश्चित और सर्वोत्तम मत है।”

“હે પાર્થ! યજ્ઞ, દાન અને તપ જેવા કર્મો પણ આસક્તિ અને ફળની ઇચ્છા છોડીને કરવા જોઈએ. આ જ મારો નિશ્ચિત અને શ્રેષ્ઠ મત છે.”
