Chapter 16 | Daivasura Sampad Vibhag Yog | Verse 21

त्रिविधं नरकस्येदं द्वारं नाशनमात्मन: ।
काम: क्रोधस्तथा लोभस्तस्मादेतत्त्रयं त्यजेत् 

tri-vidhaṁ narakasyedaṁ dvāraṁ nāśhanam ātmanaḥ
kāmaḥ krodhas tathā lobhas tasmād etat trayaṁ tyajet

ત્રિવિધં નરકસ્યેદં દ્વારં નાશનમાત્મનઃ ।
કામઃ ક્રોધસ્તથા લોભસ્તસ્માદેતત્ત્રયં ત્યજેત્

MEANING

Desire, anger, and greed are the three gates leading to hell and are destructive to the self. Therefore, one should abandon these three.

काम, क्रोध और लोभ—ये तीन नरक के द्वार हैं तथा आत्मा का विनाश करने वाले हैं। इसलिए मनुष्य को इन तीनों का त्याग कर देना चाहिए।

કામ, ક્રોધ અને લોભ—આ ત્રણ નરકના દ્વાર છે અને આત્માનો નાશ કરનારા છે. તેથી મનુષ્યે આ ત્રણેયનો ત્યાગ કરવો જોઈએ।
