Chapter 3 | karm Yog | Verse 13

यज्ञशिष्टाशिन: सन्तो मुच्यन्ते सर्वकिल्बिषै:
भुञ्जते ते त्वघं पापा ये पचन्त्यात्मकारणात् 

yajña-śhiṣhṭāśhinaḥ santo muchyante sarva-kilbiṣhaiḥ
bhuñjate te tvaghaṁ pāpā ye pachantyātma-kāraṇāt

યજ્ઞશિષ્ટાશિનઃ સન્તો મુચ્યન્તે સર્વકિલ્બિષૈઃ
ભુઞ્જતે તે ત્વઘં પાપા યે પચન્ત્યાત્મકારણાત્

MEANING

The virtuous people who eat the remnants of sacrifice (selfless action) are freed from all sins. But those sinful people who cook and eat only for themselves, for selfish enjoyment, eat only sin.

जो लोग यज्ञ के शेष (निःस्वार्थ कर्म के बाद बचा हुआ) भोजन ग्रहण करते हैं, वे सभी पापों से मुक्त हो जाते हैं। लेकिन जो लोग केवल अपने लिए भोजन पकाते हैं और स्वार्थ के लिए खाते हैं, वे केवल पाप भोगते हैं।

જે લોકો યજ્ઞ (નિષ્કામ કર્મ) પછી બચેલું ભોજન ગ્રહણ કરે છે, તેઓ બધા પાપોથી મુક્ત થાય છે. પરંતુ જે લોકો માત્ર પોતાના માટે જ રસોઈ બનાવે છે અને સ્વાર્થથી ભોગવે છે, તેઓ પાપ જ ભોગવે છે.
