स घोषो धार्तराष्ट्राणां हृदयानि व्यदारयत् ।
नभश्च पृथिवीं चैव तुमुलोऽभ्यनुनादयन्
sa ghoṣho dhārtarāṣhṭrāṇāṁ hṛidayāni vyadārayat
nabhaśhcha pṛithivīṁ chaiva tumulo abhyanunādayan
સ ઘોષો ધાર્તરાષ્ટ્રાણાં હૃદયાનિ વ્યદારયત્ ।
નભશ્ચ પૃથિવीं ચૈવ તુમુલોઽભ્યનુનાદયન્
MEANING
That tremendous sound pierced the hearts of the sons of Dhritarashtra and, reverberating loudly, echoed throughout the sky and the earth.
उस प्रचंड ध्वनि ने धृतराष्ट्र के पुत्रों (कौरवों) के हृदयों को कंपा दिया और उसकी गूंज आकाश तथा पृथ्वी में फैल गई।
તે પ્રચંડ ધ્વનિએ ધૃતરાષ્ટ્રના પુત્રો (કૌરવો)ના હૃદયોને ભેદી નાખ્યા અને તેની ગુંજ આકાશ તથા પૃથ્વીમાં વ્યાપી ગઈ.
